Blockchain for Good is a term that’s quickly gaining steam. Discussions and groups with this name are popping up everywhere (most of them one off).

The Blockchain for Good organization aims to create an ongoing conversation, dialogue, and movement around the ethics of how the technology we’re programming now will inform future societies, economies, governance, freedom, quality of life, and equitable opportunities.

If you care about creating value distributed networks, shared ownership infrastructure, local and global ecology, businesses as ecosystems, and a collective vision around the future, join us. And in fact, don’t just join us – create your own group!

Cities we’d like to spread to:

  • Austin
  • Boulder
  • Seattle
  • Los Angeles
  • Washington D.C.
  • Detroit
  • Portland
  • Vancouver
  • Toronto

While we’re not limited to growing in these cities, these are the ones we’d like to start with. If you’re a natural convener, this is for you!

To create your own local chapter of Blockchain for Good, all you have to do is have the desire, time, and willingness to see your group through. Our chapters are based in Meetup, where we have a pro account, which allows all of our groups to be connected.
